Dots? Does this happen when using Firefox in Private Mode browser? This is to verify if this isn't a site issue or Addon caused issue. I've seen eBay and Amazon have issue loading in Firefox but not when using Chrome.

Such dots are usually shown as a placeholder and aren't actual text. If you set focus to the input field and start typing then the dots should disappear.

You can check in the inspector if you are actually in the input field.

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.
