Firefox can sync anything except logins and passwords between different devices. I have selected "Logins and passwords" at "settings-Sync-You are syncing these items across all your connected devices", but it still dosen't work.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastesite if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).

"about:sync-log" shows that passwords have been synced successfully, but use "About Sync extension" I found that logins and passwords which be synced are only which I imputed at Firefox, those logins and passwords which be imported from edge and chrome was not be synced. So how can I make Firefox sync those logins and passwords?

There is a bug report (1768792,1752839,1705529) about logins imported via CSV not getting synced as that doesn't seem to notify Sync (i.e. Sync is not aware), this also affects logins imported via other means like the migration wizards. Bug 1768792 appears to have been fixed recently for 116, so 114 and 115 still have this problem.
