I have used Thunderbird for Windows for probably 15 years at least. I change my password to my AT&T email address and have not been able to use Thunderbird since (May 2). It ask for password but when I input my new password it cannot connect. I deleted stored passwords and now none of my email accounts work. I have been forced to switch to Outlook, but would like to be about to use Thunderbird. A friend that I help with computer issues had the same problem several months ago. She changed her Roadrunner password and has not been able to get email via Thunderbird since. She only has one email address, also forced to use different email program. Why did it quit working because we changed passwords?
