You can give your email site permission to open popup windows.

After a popup is blocked, Firefox may show an extra button in the toolbar area to do this, or possibly an extra icon next to the "lock" in the address bar. Can you find either of those?

If not, you can use the Page Info dialog this way, and then try again:

  • Press Ctrl+i to open the Page Info dialog
  • At the top of the dialog, click Permissions
  • Scroll down to "Open Pop-up windows" and uncheck the "Use default" box, and then select Allow to let the site open pop-ups

Does that work on your Firefox?
