You go to settings in Firefox and change the startpage from Bing to Firefox.

Firefox is a web browser while Bing (bing.com) is a search engine like google.com and duckduckgo.com are. The company Mozilla does not have a search engine service of their own.

It's also possible a Extension you have installed of updated recently in Firefox to try and override the search engine.
