What the heck is "npmnqmp 989898989877"?? That might be your problem. You could also try starting FF in Safe Mode and check "Disable all add-ons".

It only allows music and pictures? Have you tried executable or archive files?

Navigate in a new tab to here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.6.3&os=win&lang=en-US

Wait at least 20 seconds. If a small dialog box pops-up asking to "Save File" then you are able to download more than just music and pictures and you'll have to explain your issue a little better.

I just need more information.

If you are able to download the file and for some reason it's not where you saved it after you attempt to look for it, it's because of your anti-virus not understanding the file is safe.

What exactly is your problem?

Do you have a problem with saving files to your hard drive?

What do you mean with It will only allow music and pictures ? --- Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems

(Move Streaming Media Player npmnqmp 989898989877) where do I find it, how do I install it and please keep in mind " I don't speak computer gibberish.

I'm not happy with Firefox. It crashes every time I try to watch a movie, is allowing pop-ups constantly and has absolutely no help with these problems. Not even their so called HELP FORUMS are any help!
