ALL of my bars at the top have dissapeared. I removed them and now it doesn't let me get them back.

I removed all the toolbars, the address bar, and every other bar, and now it won't let me get them back. how do i get them back?

If you are not able to see the Menu bar, press the "Alt" key and then the "V" key and then the Menu bar will appear temporarily.

You can then select the "View' and then "Toolbars" and select which toolbars you would like to see.
