All my tabs are lost after downloading an add-on. The tabs restart showing my default homepage. Do I have to have all tabs closed before downloading a Firefox add-on? Even the Firefox add-on website restarts as my default homepage. Is there an add-on to keep this from happening?

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== Always

No matter what I do now since the last update, only the home page opens. Even if I set FF to open a blank page, it still opens home page.

I checked the setting in about:config as per forum posting, but that was properly set to TRUE.

The only work-around for now is: - before closing FF, right-click on any tab and select 'Bookmark All Tabs', now close FF - next time you open FF, click Bookmarks menu, Recently Bookmarked, Open All in tabs

The last add-on I added was for AutoIT menu.
