I asked Tiscali customer help about a suspect phishing email which they confirmed it was. They gave me a link to use to upgrade my anti-spam level on their site, but Firefox said this was untrusted and warned against going ahead.

It says it's invalid because the encryption certificate used by the site belongs to support.talktalk.co.uk while the site itself is called uk-tiscali.custhelp.com

You can guess how that came about - but that sort of mismatch can happen with phishing sites.

If you trust whoever gave you that site address then go ahead.

You might also tell them of their error.
