Firefox won't let me install the latest Flash update, which means I can't watch flash video on IMDb.com, for example.

This is really stupid -- I can't update the Flash because Firefox won't let me download and install it in one fell swoop, and Adobe won't let me just download it and install it manually. This is insane!!! This is only since I updated Firefox to 3.6.8. I discovered the problem because I went to IMDB and suddenly couldn't watch any of the movie trailers -- yet I can watch YouTube just fine.
