I email popup isn't working nor can I open pages on a new tab using right-click

I have AOL mail and I view my emails in a pop-up and now I click on the email and nothing happens- I cannot read them. When I am searching for videos or looking at content that is contained in a list I like to open links in a new tab so that I don't have to use the back button. When I right click a link the list is empty.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
