Is it possible to reposition the Google search box, which is currently located top right in my browser window?

Rather than access Google via my bookmarks menu, I would like a Google search box in the top middle of my browser screen. I can't find any way of moving the current Google search box.

You can move the Google search bar if you open View > Toolbars > Customize.
Note that the Google search bar and the location bar both have a flex property that makes them take all available space on a toolbar.
