I'm having trouble with fragmentation on my system disk which seems be the result of the Firefox disk cache. This fragmentation is causing problems both with Firefox and other programs. I have multiple hard disks and would like to relocate the cache to a different drive to see if this solves the problem but there's nothing 'Options'

You can do this be adding a new hidden preference, for details see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.cache.disk.parent_directory

In addition to the above, I know of one add-on that includes the option to move the cache. The Super Tab Mode add-on is primarily a tabbed browsing add-on that enhances tabbed browsing features, as well as having the option to move the cache.
