I no longer can upload JPEG pictures to shutterfly website. Spoke with shutterfly tech support and they said may need to allow shutterfly as a trusted site to upload a lot of pictures at a time. I used to be able to upload pictures, now I cannot. It was suggested that firefox could be not allowing all these files to be sent. How do I set shutterfly as a trusted site?

Does that uploader use a specific plugin or Java applet to upload images or is the regular Browse input button used like on this forum to attach images?

Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.

  1. Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32
  2. Java Plug-in 1.6.0_10 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)

Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
