You can download Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/ or a direct link for the English version of Adobe Reader 9.4 is http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.4.0/en_US/AdbeRdr940_en_US.exe

You just need to download that setup file and then run it to install Adobe Reader.
