Each time I sign into my online bank account I must re-enter my bank card number even though I have selected "Remember my account number". Each time I log into Weight Watchers I must select "Remember me on this computer.". I must sign into Gmail each time I want to check my mail. Etc., etc.. None of my user names, account numbers, etc., are remembered.

  • Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
  • You need an allow cookie exception (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions) to keep that cookie, especially for secure websites and if you let cookies expire when Firefox closes
  • Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences"
