You will probably have to visit each site to see if there is a link to an international page that allows to choose the language. There are many sites nowadays that check your IP and automatically redirect you to a page in the local language based upon the location of your IP. Such a choice is usually saved in a cookie, so you need to make an allow exception for each of such sites to keep that cookie or you will have to repeat those steps.
