i try to download adobe flash. a small window opens asking if i would like to save i say yes next another window opens i click were it sais adobe flash, then it sais allow this program to make changes then i say yes, afer this the widow changes to the adobe agreement section i tick yes then i press install, then it sais the installer will contue when these conflicting applications are closed: mozilla firefox.

Your list of plugins does not include Flash. To install Flash, follow the instructions here:

You need to close Firefox via "File > Exit" to close the Firefox program and install the Flash player.

You may have to verify that via the Task Manager (Shift+Ctrl+ESC).
