how can I stop firefox search from automatically going to a website such as wikipedia

I don't want my browser to select a website and automatically open it. When it does this, most of the time it takes me to Wikipedia, which is a sight that I don't trust its accuracy. If I wanted this kind of search engine I would use Bing. Is there any way to turn this feature off?
