JavaScript is enabled by default, but the Flash plugin used by YouTube is not yet available for Firefox on Android.

If you go to http://youtube.com/html5 on your phone and click the link to "Join the HTML5 beta" then you will be able to watch YouTube videos that are available in the WebM format.

We hope to include support Adobe Flash in a future version of Firefox for Android.
