I can not exit from FF4, even if I right click on bar and click on exit. So I have to shut down completely to get out of it. Can't use Alt + F4 either

When I want to exit FF4, I try to click on the red exit button, but it doesn't respond, so I try to right click on the bar, which gives menu that includes exit, but that also doesn't respond.

Hi there,

This document deals with Firefox not closing properly and as you can read on the page, it can be caused by an outdated version of Java: Hang on Exit

According to your system specs, you have v1.6.0_17 installed. The current version is 1.6.0_24. So could you please try updating to the latest version to see if that corrects the problem or not?

You can update Java in Windows Control Panel.

P.S. Sorry it took so long to respond to your question.
