When I go to a certain website, there are no error messages. However, the site displays as if there are no style s applied and no images display. I also have the same issue when going to the site using IE 7.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks cor-el. Unfortunately, the problem was still there after doing all of those changes. I've run through the Troubleshooting page as well to no avail.

I've attached a screen capture of what the page looks like.

Looks that CSS files are blocked.

Which security software (firewall) do you have?

Did you check the firewall to make sure that nothing is blocked?
