how do i change the text color from blue to white on Firefox 4.o web browser?

up top on the firefox 4.0 browser, I changed my background theme which is black in color with the text being blue. This makes it very hard to read tab labels and other info. I need to know how to change it from blue to white so that i can easily read everything.
