How can I download a 3.x version of Firefox?

I have issues with Ancestry.com software. They advise that their software presently works only with Internet Explorer 7 and with Firefox 3.x. Since I just installed IE9, that doesn’t help. And, the current version of FF available for download appears to be 4.x. Since I haven’t previously installed any version of Firefox, I ask here if a 3.x version might still be available. If yes, how do I get it?

I have to retract my original post. I though that the update to version 3.6.20 might have broken some features in Ancestry.com

However, after going backward, doing a system restore, then uninstalling and version 3.6.18, the problem may have been caused by my pop-up blocker settings.
After all that, I'm not ready to go forward again as yet.
