I would like to open firefox from command line. I.e. firefox.exe "www.mozilla.com". Then, I want to open another url but in the same tab (just to refresh the tab but with another address). Is it possible and what are the parametars I must write?

Hi!

I would like to open firefox from command line. I.e. firefox.exe "www.mozilla.com". Then, I want to open another url but in the same tab (just to refresh the tab but with another address). Is it possible and what are the parametars I must write?

I.e. firefox.exe "www.mikroe.com" firefox.exe "www.mikroe.com\forum" ('here I'm missing command for saying Firefox not to open this url in the new tab or window)

Thanks for your Help!

I am not sure what you want is possible.

If you set the preference to switch to a new tab immediately would that achieve something similar ?

Otherwise just close firefox and the first tab/url, then open firefox and the second tab/url
