Virgin Media's eBilling pages show a padlock icon and "sign out" to the right of the words "You have signed in as" followed by your user name when using Internet Explorer but not when using Firefox. When the cursor is moved over the area a white hand appears and left clicking signs you out. What Firefox settings are needed to overcome this problem?

The padlock has been removed in Firefox 4 and replaced with the Site Identity button.

You can install this add-on if you want the padlock symbol back again: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/padlock-icon/?src=discovery-learnmore
