Before I upgraded to V6 ( From V5) I didn't have much problem playing videos, but since upgrading to V6 no videos play, not youtube, flixy or jazz videos, or videos from Brasscheck!

Is there a workaround for this?

Is there a way to revert to V5?

Thanks,

Finitarry, I tried disabling all plugins, then tried to run a video I get from "Jazz on the tube" the video still won't play. enabled them again & tried the video again, no go. This video would play in Firefox 5 without problems, all the problems started with the installation of Firefox6.

Can I still download Firefox 5 somewhere?

Finitarry, Too cryptic for me! I couldn't figure out much of anything I found at your link.

Look at the numbers on the left side, and click 5.0, then click Win32, and after that, choose the language. I presume you want English, so choose en-GB, en-US, or en-ZA, depending on whether you want British English, US English, or South African English. Then click on the .exe file.

Finitarry, Thanks for the instructions! I did download V5 and installed it, then tried a video, and no go! I went back and downloaded V4, installed it & tried again to play the video, again no go!

I'm so flummoxed now I'm almost ready to go back to IE!
