You had better make Firefox 6.0.2 compatible with Kazpersky or I NEVER use Firefox again. You have left my browser unprotected and that's not acceptable!

You asked me to update to the latest Firefox. I did. then a box appeared on the screen and said the latest Firefox and my antivirus protection, Kazpersky, were not compatible. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Chosen solution

Your kaspersky antivirus software itself is unaffected as the message was referring to the Extension it installed in Firefox.

Internet Security 2012 is said to be compatible with Firefox 6.

We are volunteers, we can just help you work with what you've got. Kazpersky can make their Firewall do whatever they want, it is not in Mozilla's control.
