i have a 7 year old computer running windows xp. a pop up appeared to update firefox, i clicked on it and the next time i started up the pc there was a logon box for windows. i have never had to logon to windows before and i don't know of any password, have tried using administrator but this doesn't work. have i downloaded a virus and how do i get back on to my pc, thanks
