ALT + 7 (bullet point) makes page disappear and go to firefox/google start up

When I press ALT and 7, I should be allowed to insert a bullet point. When I do it, today, the page and everything I've typed disappears and it changes to the firefox/google start page.

Switch on Num Lock to prevent Firefox from interpreting that as Alt + Home (7 is the home button)
