My computer runs Windows xp. I live in Colombia. Recently it started converting dollars to cop (colombian pesos) on all of the articles I download from websites such as NY Times, Washington Post and my Yahoo groups. So instead of displaying "$100" it displays "cop200.000". How do I change that so that it displays dollars instead of cop?

Also, I have no tool button and can find no way to select "options". How can I add the tools button to Firefox?
