I have used firefox for years. My plug-ins were not updating. When I tried to update jave and adobe flash player I recieved error messages that they needed to close and to send error report to MS. So in an attempt to fix the problem I uninstalled firefox and downloaded it again. Now the program won't install. Same message as previously that firefox encountered a problem and needed to close.

Thanks for the suggestion. Windows tells me it cant find it. This could be because I did uninstall Firefox. I have tried again to download and install from the web but once the file finishes downloading I receive and error message that Firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close. Do you think this could be a problem with Windows?

I need you to delete all files of firefox and install it completely fresh so that means going into "My computer" then C: drive and program files and deleting all files of "Mozilla Firefox"
