You can undo the changes by simply deleting a file called pbdisable@mozillazine.org.xpi from extensions folder.Do it in safe mode.

This extension disables Private Browsing, hides all the PB menu items and disables the keyboard controls, disables the clearing of browsing history, and the extension doesn't appear in the Add-ons except for the Firefox SafeMode.

This extension will also get updated automatically as Mozilla releases new versions of Firefox. Extensions obtained elsewhere may or may not have the ability to get automatic updates.
