Downloaded latest Firefox update but did not install it immediately. Hours later shutdown Firefox and re-started. This caused update to be applied and dialog about add-ons was shown were I chose to enable noscript, nosquint and Java Quick Start. All other add-ons were left unchecked (pretty sure). On last step of this dialog, Firefox crashed.
