I got a screen that asked about plug-in updates and I asked it to disable one called Greasemonkey that I had installed for Etsy and I never use. Next thing I know Firefox keeps crashing and won't open. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall still the same. I ran a virus check and no viruses. I updated window and that is current. I also have the lastest plugins.
