Adobe says I have latest Flash Player installed but it's not listed in program list and a video souce says I need to download it to open their video.

Your More system details list shows that you have the Flash plugin installed.

If the Adobe test page confirms that Flash is installed and working then you may have an extension that is causing problems.


Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
