i have a porblem with Add ons

i have a problem with add ons ,
first thing the add ons were suddenly disabled , i dont know why!
secondly, when i want to update them i got this msg:
Firefox could not install the file at
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/addons/3006/video_downloadhelper-4.9.7-fx+sm.xpi
because: Unexpected installation error Review the Error Console log for more details. -203
i wanna know what to do ?!

upgrade your browser to Firefox 8 and check
i am afraid to lose my bookmark toolbar if i upgrade it :/
