Hello,

you should be happy to have something that drives you to internet if both Chrome and IE can't.

Then do you have any special 3rd-party custombars or download managers installed ? Alternatively if you're computer specs are low, do you have enough of disk space ?

I had a similar problem. I uninstalled firefox. Searched my computer for folders named "Mozilla" deleted them all. ran ccleaner for register errors and reinstalled and it has been working fine since then.
