Recently a problem has developed -- I can't use the top inch of the firefox window -- any buttons there cannot be activated - my cursor is able to move ovber them but can't click on them. What should I do?

Within the firefox window -- anything in the top inch or so I am unable to use. This is the same for any site. I don't know what has happened and I cannot fix it. In that area, I can move the cursor but when I click on things I cannot activate them anymore - an example is I can't go to the shopping basket on Amazon or my account.

Waht should I do?
