After working normally I restarted comp and get a "We're sorry" message about crashing and trying to restore tabs at restart but it goes no where from that not opening Firefox

I can not get it to move on from this little window, only option is to quit and it says "Report submitted successfully" and nothing more. Now on Internet Explorer when I try to download a newer version of Firefox to see if that helps when I click download it does not work. I uninstalled Sebright to update and that link to does not work when I try to click it
