JavaScript problem while printing mailing lable within PayPal

more options

I just upgraded Firefox to version 10.0. I then experienced the following error while trying to print a mailing label within PayPal:

[JavaScript Application]

what happened:Type Error: Component.class ['@mozilla.ord//extension/manager;1'] is undefined

The above message appear in a dialogue box. After clicking OK the mailing Label print window appears and I am able to print successfully. Every time I am in the 'print mail label' apps within PayPal the above message appears when I am printing a mailing label. I print approximately 10 mailing labels a day within PayPal and have been doing this for several years now and the above message has not appeared until now.

Looks like a message caused by a slightly incompatible extension, you need figure out which extension is causing that message and disable that extension until the developer can fix it.

Once you identify the culprit, let us know which extension was causing that message so one of us can try to notify the developer of that extension or contact that developer yourself to report that Bug.
