I've lost an icon in my toolbar which allowed me to reload the last cleared website tab. It just disappeared. Can someone help me locate this function so I can hopefully drag & drop it into my toolbar? I don't see this icon/function in the "Customize toolbar" menu. Thanks.

Maybe an extension has become disabled? If you can't get the button back, you might want to investigate the Tab Mix Plus extension, which offers all sorts of tab (re)opening and closing options.
