My FF 10.0 hangs if I load pages containig vide or pdf files. I can kill the tab using task manager and say no to close all tabs. If I try to zoom the pdf document, FF really freeze and 100% repeatable. Any solution? No problem with IE by the way.

I use FF 10.0 at home with XP and experience no problems. FF 10.0 and Win7 give hangs when opening pages with pdf or video. Opening pdf files I can scroll sometimes but if I click any of the buttons of the bottom it is good-bye, 100% repeatable. Flash HW accelerators are stopped.

Hi,

Please check this in Safe Mode after enabling only the Flash and PDF plugins in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Plugins. You can also check if the plugins are up to date: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
