I just checked myself and can confirm, FF10.0.1 gives said error, while IE9 displays the website. It's possible the website has a configuration that when it identifies your browser (By the data you send the website when you request the page) it acts as if the page doesn't exist. This could be an attempt by the website owners to block Firefox from being used to view their website. If not, It is an error on their end, which you need to contact them about.

I sent both pages to validate their code to w3.org. Oddly, their website reports the gone error as well when they try to load it. Both websites look very similar, so it is possible that they were designed improperly, or the tool(s) they were created with are faulty. Also, when I changed my user agent in IE9 to match Mozilla Firefox, it once again gave me the error.
