Firefox crashes immediately after booting. The time interval efore the crash is very short, too short to do anything, it is immediate.

I had this problem some time ago, about a couple of months ago, I could not solve it so changed to Internet Explorer and completely deleted Firefox from my computer. However I would like to return and continue with Firefox, I downloaded the latest version on February 28th, 2012. It has exactly the same problem. It crashes as did the previous version.

A problem with firefox can appear when your proccesor is running too hot or one of your RAM module is broken I had this problem and changing my RAM memory fixed the error.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I will have to get the RAM to check it and see the improvement. This will take me a few days.

As soon as I know if this has made a difference I will let you know. In the mean time, thank you, and I will see to the RAM.

Sincerely
