Firefox is installed on my new Gateway. After downloading the app it would not install because Firefox was not installed??? My system is Windows 7, 64 bit, 8 gig of ram and 1 terabyte hdd. Is there a 64 bit version of Firefox? Could the Norton AV software be blocking it without telling me?

Hello JFarrel, there shouldn't be any difference between the 32 and 64-bit releases, as far as I know. However, it seems like there has been an error during the installation of Firefox. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it and don't completely uninstall Internet Explorer yet as you might still need it during the process. Let me know how it goes.

Do you mean this Firefox add-on: Print Edit :: Add-ons for Firefox? If you install from the official site, while visiting the page in Firefox, you should never get a warning that Firefox isn't installed.

Removing Firefox and reinstalling it fixed the problem. Thanks.
