firefox is fully compatible with windows 7 - for norton 360 refer to this guide on how to configure it in order for firefox to work properly: Configure Norton 360 to work with Firefox. as for juniper networks, i've no experiences about that - is it a ISP? firefox will just work fine as long as your OS has established a connection to the internet...
