Hi,

I'm trying to help a friend who just bought a new Mac. She needs to open a secure web-site for her job, and though the site opens fine on Safri, Firefox gives a: "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." error.

We tried checking the cookies (all setting matched the help guide here); we cleaned the cashe, made sure there were no add-ons installed...we basically did everything this website directed us to do, and kept having the problem. Finally, she uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, completely.

We are still getting the problem.

She needs two browsers for her job. What can we do next?

Thanks in advance for any help.

See in your security software/firewall, if it isn't blocking cookies?
