Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

did it in PNG, hope you can view it......very odd---i reinstalled firefox a few times, did not help, but when i tried to uninstall 'including customizations' the uninstall locks up and i am forced to 'cntrl, alt, del and end program; it is uninstalled but leaves my customizations alone...also Odd!

also my IE does not have this issue....the firefox has never done this before...about the same time this happened i was trying to get a giftcard from walmart and had to click on several sales offers; they were not intrusive popups---(maybe no connection but it is when the problem occured

That is how the page is constructed.
Firefox doesn't use fit to screen.

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.
