Chosen solution

First, update Firefox. Update Firefox to the latest release.

After doing that, Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings. This should resolve any issues you have been having while retaining your personal information.

Thank you very much. The solution you gave worked but I did not update Foxpro as I have been having occasional "not responding2 occurencies on my laptop with the latest version.
